Terms and Conditions:

Deposit - We ask that a full deposit of the hire price be paid to secure your booking.

Cancellations - Hire fees/deposit is non-refundable for change of mind, so please choose carefully when deciding to hire. If you are concerned that a garment may not fit, please contact us and enquire for measurements etc. If you do choose to cancel your booking please inform us prior to your event date, we are happy to offer a store credit, which is valid for 3 months. Cancellation made within a week to the hire date will not be given a store credit.

Returning Items - The garment must be returned on the business day . This is usually 1-2 days after garment is worn. Out of town customers must return all items via overnight postage on the day specified by L.T staff and must confirm they have done so by messaging us the tracking number. If the garment is not returned on time you will be charged $20 per day.

Maintenance - We shall take the garments to be dry-cleaned. Please do not attempt to clean unless otherwise organised. Our garments cannot be ironed and must be pressed or steamed only.

Postage - We are not liable for postage delays caused by the postal service. Please notify us if you live in a rural area and are aware that overnight postage does not arrive for you the following day. Without such notification, we are not liable for garments not arriving on time for your hire date.

Refunds - unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, cancelled events, if the garment doesn't fit, or if the garment does not arrive on time as we are not liable for post service. Therefore, we ask that you carefully choose your item before ordering from us. Whilst we do not offer refunds, we can offer a store credit worth the hire fee of the garment, which must be used within 3 months of the date of hire.

Damages - The garments must be returned in their original condition. "Original" is defined as the condition the garment was in when it was collected. if for some unfortunate reason the garment becomes damaged and is no longer in its original condition, the renter must pay for these damages. If the garment is stained but is able to professionally removed by our dry cleaning service, an additional cleaning charge will apply and you are liable to pay for the extra cost. if the garment severely damaged or no longer in 'hireable' condition once it is returned and cleaned the renter will be charged 150% of the RRP for the garment. What is hireable condition is up to the discretion of Leah+Thea Boutique. If the garment is lost you will also be charged 150% RRP for the garment. If the garment is stolen legal action will be taken.
